The Disability Awareness Course is a fantastic initiative by The Flagstaff Group. Both myself and all of the staff really enjoyed the workshop and upon completion we all had a refreshed awareness on disability inclusion in both customer service and employment opportunities. The disability inclusion training offered from Flagstaff is such a perfect toolkit to broaden the knowledge across a range of functions. It provides learning for a variety of employees within the business such as frontline staff, management and HR.
