diD you know the training modules and stories have been developed and created with people with a disability. This gives participants a deep insight into first-hand experiences that many people with a disability face. Sharing their stories helps you to understand the importance of good customer service delivery and the significant role of working and what it means for people with a disability.
As part of developing this program a group of people with a disability helped create content and tell their stories.
