The Flagstaff Group

The Flagstaff Group is an award winning leader in supporting people with disabilities in life skills and employment.

Flagstaff’s purpose is to create meaningful employment for people who face barriers to work as a result of a disability.  As a disability enterprise, Flagstaff hires over 260 people with a disability and competes in the world of business, bringing social benefits to our employees and the community.

As a not for profit organisation, Flagstaff reinvests all profits back into the lives of people with a disability by providing skills and entry into the workforce.

Flagstaff started in 1966 providing employment for people with a disability and continues today in eight sites across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region, employing over 400 staff, of whom 260 are people with disabilities.

Flagstaff is proud to be a social disability enterprise that is commercially sustainable.  Flagstaff invests in skills development and training programs to ensure that all employees are able to develop to their full potential.

With over 50 years of practical experience, The Flagstaff Group can help your business ensure it is inclusive and accessible to customers and employees.
